I’m an OCN certified infant sleep consultant and mum of two. When I became a mum I wasn’t just dealing with sleep deprivation. I was navigating motherhood with ADHD and very little support around me. Without structure, everything felt louder, more chaotic, and impossible to keep on top of.

I remember counting the minutes until the next nap. Not just for my baby, but for me. Because those small pockets of quiet were the only moments I had to regulate, reset, and feel like a functioning version of myself again.
