As a mum of two, I know exactly how overwhelming it can feel when your little one isn’t sleeping. When my first baby didn’t sleep, I spent countless nights Googling for answers, desperate for that “magic trick” to stop night wakings and early starts. I tried everything… or at least it felt that way!

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution.

No magic fix will suddenly get your baby sleeping through the night. The real breakthrough came when I stepped back and approached my baby’s sleep with an expert eye, understanding what was really happening, what worked, and what didn’t. That’s what finally gave us the rest we so badly needed.

My own sleep struggles sparked a passion for helping other parents. I trained and became certified with The Sleep Consultant Academy, giving me the knowledge and tools to support families in creating healthy sleep habits for their little ones.

I dedicate my career to empowering parents with practical, evidence-based sleep strategies tailored to their family’s needs. I truly believe every child has the potential to sleep well, and with the right guidance, families can enjoy calmer nights and happier days.
