Hi, I’m Jen.
If you have ADHD, you already know that “just go with the flow” doesn’t work for you. It didn’t work for me either.
I’m an OCN certified infant sleep consultant and mum to two little girls. When my first baby didn’t sleep, I wasn’t just exhausted. I was drowning. I was navigating early motherhood with ADHD and very little support, and without structure, everything felt impossible. The days blurred. The nights were endless. I had no headspace to reset and no space to feel like myself.
Sleep changed that.
Not because everything became perfect overnight, but because having a rhythm gave me something to hold onto. Small pockets of calm appeared. I started getting to the gym again. I got my evenings back. I began to feel like the woman I was before my children, and realised she hadn’t gone anywhere. She just needed space to exist again.
That’s what I help other mums create now.
I built Siesta Sleep Consultancy because I know there’s a gap in the support available for mums who need more than a generic sleep schedule. Mums who need someone to say: here’s exactly what to do, and here’s why it will work for you specifically.
